CRM Marketing Manager

We seek a results-driven CRM Marketing Manager with telecom experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong analytical mindset to drive customer engagement and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development: Design and launch targeted CRM campaigns in partnership with telecom operators, banks to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Customer Segmentation and Personalization: Analyze customer data to identify key segments and create personalized offers taking into account their preferences, ensuring relevance and higher conversion rates.
  • Collaboration with Telecom Operators: Work closely with telecom operators to co-develop campaigns, such as exclusive offers for device upgrades, loyalty programs, and co-branded promotions, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • CRM Strategy Recommendations: Provide partners with crm recommendations and playbooks based on market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance. Collaborate to optimize engagement, loyalty programs, and regional CRM processes for sustainable growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key metrics (e.g., ARPU, churn rate, campaign ROI) to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, generate actionable insights, and continuously rework strategies for better results.


Requirements:

  • Higher education (in business administration, marketing or communication preferably).
  • Minimum of 5 previous hands-on experience in launching successful CRM campaigns including building CRM communications (targeting, triggers, etc.) preferably in telco business
  • Deep knowledge of KPIs in digital (e-commerce and CRM) • Upper-Intermediate level of English and higher
  • Result-oriented, excellent communication and collaborations skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently, multitasking skills
  • Great analytical mindset with an ability to use data to drive decision-making and present solutions for boosting sales (to internal and external stakeholders)
