POSITION SUMMARY
You have an opportunity to work in a leading Agency that is also part of the worldwide network. Fullhouse Ogilvy operates on the market of Serbia since 2007 and is the only Agency on the market with a large in-house creative, production, media, digital and event team. You will be part of the extensive team that counts 80+ experts. Our location is downtown and we work in the hybrid mode.
You will work in the team with the Digital Advertising Specialist, Performance Director and cooperate closely with other team members (social media, strategic team, and media). You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, optimizing, and ensuring that all digital projects align with performance goals.
KEY JOBS RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with Digital Advertising Specialist to monitor and manage paid campaigns /
Tracking KPIs and producing useful and actionable reports for clients and management /Creating media plans in line with campaigns goals/
Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign including interpretation, commentary, and recommendations/
Staying up to date on industry trends and updates within the digital media
marketing world
PRE-REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field of study
Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role (agency or client-side)
Experience in implementing Meta campaigns, Google Ads campaigns and account management.
Experience in data analysis and reporting - knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
Good knowledge of English.
NICE TO HAVE
Any relevant training certificate / Direct experience in executing paid campaigns within LinkedIn Campaign Manager / Snapchat / TikTok / Experience with Pixel and Facebook product catalog setup / Experience with Social Listening Platforms / Google Analytics / Google Data Studio / Tag Manager / Willingness to learn and explore new channels
