PR & Media Relations Manager

We’re searching for a PR & Media Relations Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, expanding brand visibility, and executing cross-industry campaigns. You’ll act as a bridge between the crypto world and traditional sectors, leveraging your strong network and expertise to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

This position requires someone with a proven track record in partnership development, campaign management, and media relations—preferably with experience in mainstream media or similar high-impact environments.

What you’ll do:

1.⁠ ⁠Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and Engage Potential Partners: Research and pinpoint traditional companies across various industries—such as finance, technology, and digital media —that align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Cultivate Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to foster collaboration opportunities.
  • Negotiate Collaborations: Lead negotiations to formalize partnerships that are mutually beneficial, ensuring clear terms and objectives.

2.⁠ ⁠Brand Positioning and Tone of Voice

  • Develop Brand Messaging: Craft and refine the brand’s tone of voice to ensure consistency across all platforms, making it relatable to audiences both within and outside the crypto industry.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular analyses to understand how traditional audiences perceive the crypto industry and adjust messaging strategies accordingly.
  • Guideline Creation: Establish comprehensive brand guidelines that can be utilized across departments to maintain a unified brand identity.

3.⁠ ⁠Campaign Ideation and Support

  • Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the creative labs to brainstorm and develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with a broader audience.
  • Cross-Industry Initiatives: Design campaigns that highlight the intersection between the crypto space and traditional industries, showcasing the relevance and applicability of our brand.
  • Resource Allocation: Determine and allocate resources necessary for the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

4.⁠ ⁠Brand Awareness Expansion

  • Event Participation: Represent the company at out of industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to increase brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of content—such as articles, whitepapers, and webinars—that appeals to traditional sectors and educates them about the crypto industry.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with mainstream media outlets to secure coverage and feature stories that enhance brand recognition.

5.⁠ ⁠Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Internal Alignment: Ensure that all departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, are aligned with the brand’s external partnership strategies and messaging.
  • Feedback Loop: Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from partners and traditional audiences to inform continuous improvement in brand strategies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training sessions and workshops to internal teams about the nuances of engaging with traditional industries.

You are the perfect match if you:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in strategic partnership development, campaign management, or media relations.
  • Proven success in managing high-impact projects or campaigns.
  • Strong network outside the crypto sector, preferably within mainstream media or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and cross-industry dynamics.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
  • Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn.
  • Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems.
